At Le Style Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer exchanges, replacements, or store credit for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, saleable condition

  • Tags and labels must be intact and attached

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • A return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your item(s)

Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at customercare@lestyle.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order.

    • Include your receipt number, item code(s), and reason for the return.

  2. We will reply with return authorisation and further instructions, including the return address.

  3. Return your item(s) either:

    • By post (at your expense), or

    • In person to our boutique:
      Le Style Boutique
      136 Little Collins Street
      Melbourne VIC 3000

We recommend using tracked post and keeping your receipt as proof of return. Le Style Boutique is not liable for any returned items lost in transit.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g. change of size or style), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds and Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:

  • An exchange, or

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit (valid for 6 months)

We do not offer refunds unless the item is confirmed as faulty under Australian Consumer Law. In this case, a full refund will be issued.


We Cannot Accept Returns For:

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories

Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.


Change of Mind Policy

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, item, or quantity

  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect


Return Abuse Policy

To protect our business and customers, if we identify an unreasonable pattern of returns, we may restrict or suspend purchases from that customer account.
