We operate the website www.lestyle.com.au, a curated destination for premium fashion and lifestyle products.

By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to device settings or photography. We cannot guarantee that the colours or textures you see online will precisely match the physical product.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance by Le Style Boutique. We may decline or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Errors in product or pricing information

Once accepted, payment will be processed in full. You may request order changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting customercare@lestyle.com.au. After this window, changes may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST unless otherwise noted.

We accept:

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders made under incorrect pricing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but cannot guarantee delivery times. Once goods are handed to the courier (e.g., Australia Post), the risk passes to you.

Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, weather, or customs, for which we are not liable.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the stated time frame.

7. Warranty

Sunglasses

All sunglasses sold come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Proof of purchase is required. Damage due to misuse or wear and tear is not covered.

Timepieces (Versace Watches)

Versace watches are covered by a 24-month international warranty by VERTIME SA. This warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes the battery, crystal, strap, and damage caused by accidents or misuse.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, text, logos, designs, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Le Style Boutique. You may view and download content for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

We may offer tools or content from third parties (e.g., payment gateways, marketing integrations). We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party websites or tools. Use them at your own risk and refer to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Shopify Platform Disclosure

Le Style Boutique is powered by Shopify, which hosts our e-commerce platform. While Shopify facilitates our online store, your contract of sale is with Via Reale Pty Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions or products.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Some data may also be processed by Shopify or other third-party providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

12. Feedback and Reviews
