HOW DO I FIND A PRODUCT?
Enter the product name in the search bar located on the top right hand side of the website.
For advanced searches locate the advanced search button in the menu options located at the bottom of the screen.

I HAVE SEEN SOMETHING ON LESTYLE.COM.AU BUT IT’S NO LONGER THERE?
It may no longer be in stock or getting updated. Please contact customer service on 03 96622008 or [email protected] for further information.

WHY DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, to benefit from a range of services including a faster simpler check out process. You also gain from added features including your full order history, order tracking, account management and rewards benefits.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY USERNAME?
If you have forgotten your username please follow the link ‘forgot your username’ and insert your e-mail address. This will activate a reply e-mail containing your username and link to the login process.

I HAVE FOTGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your username please follow the link ‘forgot your password’ and insert your e-mail address. This will activate a reply e-mail containing a token to be used via the inserted link.
Once entered you will then be prompted to create a new password, enter a new password and verify password.
Your account now has a new password and can be used to login.

I THINK I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER?
If you have notice something wrong with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will prioritise your concern. Unfortunately after this time we are unable to amend your order and will therefore be treated as a return.

I RECIEVED MY PRODUCT BUT IT’S THE WRONG SIZE?
If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange it, this is not a problem.
Simply email us the details within 2 day to arrange exchange or credit.
The exchange of goods can be done through Australia post or visiting Lestyle Boutique 136 Little Collins Street, Melbourne 3000 within 14 days.
We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELELD?
While every attempt is made to ensure our site is a true representation of the products on offer, a cancellation of an order may occur due to stock availability, a problem with payment authorisation or product description error including pricing.
If a cancellation occurs we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you from information you have provided and a refund shall be issued based on method of payment.
We do apologise if this has occurred.

MY DISCOUNT VOUCHER WON’T WORK?
Make sure you are entering the code correctly with case sensitive text. You may want to cut and paste the code into the promotional code field. Please also remember that multiple codes cannot be used.
