ORDER By submitting your order through our website you are confirming that your details provided are valid and correct including billing details (which is used for identity verification). Once we accept the order the processed payment will be made in full. We may require additional verifications before acceptance of an order. The completion of the contract between you and us takes place when the order is dispatched through Australian post unless a cancellation has taken place. While every attempt is made to ensure our site is a true representation of the products on offer a cancellation of an order may occur due to stock availability, a problem with payment authorisation or product description error including pricing. If a cancellation occurs we will make reasonable attempts to contact you from information you have provided and a refund shall be issued based on method of payment. If you wish to cancel or change your order it must be done within 1 hour of your order being placed via e-mail. After this time we are unable to amend your order. If an error in pricing does occur, and you have already ordered the item, we will contact you immediately and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. WARRANTY / TIME PIECE WARRANTY We are an authorised retailer for the brands on offer at lestyle.com.au including Versace, Versace Collection, Versace Home, Versace Rosenthal, Versace Time, Young Versace, Moschino, Boutique Moschino, Philipp Plein, Pierre Balmain, Louis Leeman, Tom Ford Sunglasses and Valentino Sunglasses. SUNGLASSES Your sunglasses have a 1 year warranty, with defective sunglasses replaced or refunded with proof of purchase. If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Except where your sunglasses are defective, you will be responsible for any expenses in returning them to us and collecting them. TIMEPIECE Your VERSACE watch is internationally warranted by VERTIME SA for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase under the terms of this warranty. This warranty is duly filled in, signed and stamped by us as an authorised retailer. This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship existing at the time your VERSACE watch was sold. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use or theft or loss of the watch. Also excluded from the warranty are the bracelet, the battery and the crystal glass, as well as damage caused by wear and tear and all direct or indirect damage caused by the aforementioned circumstances. Your watch has been successfully tested in diving conditions to a depth of 30 metres. It may therefore come into contact with water but is not suitable for underwater use. However, it is advisable to rinse the watch thoroughly with fresh water after swimming in the sea or a swimming pool. For perfect waterproof it is advisable to have the watch serviced every 24 months.
