At Le Style we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can arrange an exchange, replacement or credit for your purchase.

Items must be in original saleable condition with tags and labels intact.

Simply follow these easy return steps below:

E-mail within 2 days of receiving your item(s) with your request for return to [email protected] detailing reasons for exchange/replacement/credit INCLUDING your receipt number and item(s) code. The reply e-mail will provide you with confirmation and the return postage details. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

You can either return the item(s) via post or in person to Le Style Boutique 136 Little Collins Street Melbourne 3000 within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Le Style Boutique.

On the acceptance of the item(s) you will be issued with an exchange, replacement or credit.

If an item is deemed faulty a full refund will be issued in accordance with Consumer Affairs Australia.

Refunds will not be given based on
·         Change of mind
·         Ordered the wrong size/item/quantity
·         Found the goods cheaper elsewhere
·         Damaged the goods through misuse

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on Underwear, Beachwear, Earrings or Hair Accessories, so please choose carefully.

If we identify an unreasonable return pattern we will implement a restriction or complete ban from purchases made from that account at www.lestyle.com.au.
